We Look Forward to Seeing You Soon
Reduced Capacity Services
*Registration for in-person services will go live each Wednesday at 6pm.
We love to gather together as a church family, and we appreciate the grace we have already seen in our church family as we navigate what the next season may look like for Hope Bible Church. At this time we are gathering on Sunday mornings at 15% capacity. We appreciate your prayers and patience as we try to serve as many as we can in-person and continue to care for our greater church family online.
The Halton Region by-law requiring that all persons entering or remaining in enclosed public places in the Regional Municipality of Halton are required to wear non-medical masks/face coverings is still in place. This means that when you come to the Hope Bible Church building you will be required to wear a non-medical mask/face covering while inside the church building. There are exemptions from the requirement to wear non-medical masks or face coverings and you can read here for more information. If you have an exemption you will not be required to provide proof of exemption.
We continue to be full of anticipation for what God is doing as we worship the Lord and hear from His Word.
As we continue to function as a church that is both online and in-person on Sundays the stage area in the auditorium is considered a Not For Public Access Area and those leading from the stage will not be required to wear masks when doing so.
Our staff members and those serving are working hard to put together a worshipful and safe in-service experience for those who wish to join us on Sunday mornings. We also will continue to deliver a consistent online service experience for others who may not be able to gather in person with us yet.
Our team will continue to refresh this page with the most up to date information and will make known in advance when you will be able to register yourself and your family for a service. Currently, registration for the upcoming weekend is available every Wednesday at 6pm.
We look forward to seeing how the Lord will continue to use our church in the next season.

Should a future COVID case emerge that affects our church, Halton Public Health has informed us that they will give direction on risk and next steps. Public Health is the authority in determining the level of risk with any potential COVID cases. If the risk level is determined to be high enough, Public Health will contact all individuals and organizations that an individual has come in contact with.
In the event that a future case impacts our church, we will listen to the guidance of Public Health and communicate, as directed by them, to all those that could be possibly impacted.
This is why registration for Sunday services and other onsite events, classes, and courses is important.
Should you have any questions specifically regarding the church’s response to Covid-19 please email Covid@HopeOakville.ca.
We are so excited to see you.
Be sure to let us know you're coming so that we can do our best to manage reduced capacity.
