Children born 2013–2019 (current JK to Grade 5).

When is Kids Camp?
- July 2–5, 2024, from 9AM–3PM
- Drop-off will be between 8:30–9AM
- Pick-up will be between 3–3:30PM
Is there a before or aftercare program for the kids at camp?
We will not be offering before and after care for campers. Please note that all who serve are wonderful people from our church who are volunteering their time during the week of camp; therefore, camp starts and ends at the times indicated above.
What does it cost for my child?
Camp costs $160 per child.
We want each child to have the opportunity to attend our Kids Camp. If you need financial assistance, please email HopeKids@HopeOakville.ca with the subject line ‘Financial Assistance Request'. The form will be sent to you via email, and it must be completed and submitted no later than February 23, 2024.
What should my child bring to camp?
Each child should bring...
- For outdoor electives. a water bottle, a hat and sunscreen (please make sure it has your child’s name on it)
- A Peanut/Nut Free lunch from Tuesday–Friday, including morning and afternoon snacks
Can I switch electives (Grades 3–5) after I have registered my child?
To fill out the elective change form, please send an email to HopeKidsCamp@HopeOakville.ca to ask for the form. If a spot opens up in the elective you would like your child to attend, we will contact you to let you know the change has been made.
Do you have a refund policy?
You are eligible for a refund of the camp registration cost minus a $35 processing fee if withdrawal from camp occurs by Sunday, June 16, 2024. Any withdrawals after this date are not refundable.
