COVID-19 Support

I NEED HELP

If you have been diagnosed with coronavirus, asked to self-quarantine, or are part of a vulnerable group where social distancing has been recommended, we want to support you in this time of need.

Whether it be through prayer, medication pick-up, grocery pick-up, transportation to medical appointments, or running errands, we have a growing team that is ready to help!

Fill out this form to let us know how you have been impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19), then a member of our team will reach out with further resources. Your name will be kept confidential and this will only be used to help meet your needs as we are able.

I'M READY TO HELP

This is a time for the compassion and generosity of the Church to come alive! Here are two practical action steps that you can take today to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in our community.

First Step: Neighbours Helping Neighbours

Please check in on your neighbours. Ask them how they are feeling about the coronavirus, if they have decided to limit their exposure, and would they like your help. You may be able to run an errand, pick up medication, deliver a meal, or help them get to an appointment.

Second Step: Organized Effort / Helping those in the community

If you are willing to be available to others in the community who are limiting their exposure due to health reasons—to pick up medications, groceries, or transportation… let us know by completing this short form so we can contact you when there is a need.

ONLINE GIVING

You can continue to worship online through giving while we are not able to gather together. In these times, we as the church are pressing forward to give hope to our community.
