Marriage is a special and sacred gift of God. As a church, we want to help you plan a wedding to celebrate your love and bring glory to God and establish your marriage on God’s firm foundation.

We’re excited to serve our members during the process of wedding planning and marriage and look forward to walking with you in the coming days!
The fee to use the church facility is $750, which includes use of the facility, Pastor to officiate, rehearsal time, sound system, and a staff member to assist with the flow of your wedding (for additional custodial/production fees, see below). All fees are due one month prior to the wedding date.
The fees for an offsite wedding are $350, which includes a Pastor to officiate, rehearsal time, and administration costs. Please note depending on the location of the wedding, an additional fee may be required due to the distance travelled by the officiating Pastor.
Additional fees for Foyer/Worship Centre weddings:
All wedding requests must be made a minimum of 6 months in advance.

Hope Pastors are available to officiate weddings for members of Hope Bible Church. At least one person (of your couple) must be a member.

The Christian funeral has several purposes. The foremost goal is to worship God and honour Jesus.
The second is for respectful remembrance and celebration of the deceased person’s life while offering love and comfort to the bereaved families.
We, the pastors and staff at Hope Oakville, are here to support members and walk with you through this difficult time of planning and carrying out a funeral and/or celebration of life service. We'll work with you and your family to find a time that meets your needs and alongside the church’s regular scheduled events.
Funerals held at Hope Oakville cost $750. This fee includes building access, funeral coordinator, Pastor, audio, and custodial services.
Additional fees apply for production, any musician(s), additional audio requirements, or hospitality service.
To assist with the food arrangements for a funeral or memorial service, Hope Hospitality Ministry has created several menu options to choose from. Contact us at Events@HopeOakville.ca with any questions.
We trust our facilities will provide a worshipful atmosphere for your loved one's funeral. The following rooms are available to you, with total capacity listed:
All rooms include a piano, guest sign-in table, and projector screen for slideshow.
There is also a centre aisle exclusive to the Worship Centre.
Hope Oakville is not available for funerals Easter weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.
Funeral services are offered at 11AM or 1:30PM Monday through Thursday, dependent on church calendar.
Receptions, available for an additional cost, are also dependent on church availability. We are not able to accommodate visitations.
Hope Oakville will adhere to any restrictions made by the funeral home involved.
If you would like a Pastor from Hope Oakville to officiate a funeral that isn't being held at our church, please contact the Director of Events at Events@HopeOakville.ca.
If only a Pastor is requested, an off-site funeral costs $250. If you require a graveside service as well, an additional cost of $100 will be applied.
