We want to welcome all our new grade 6 students to join us on Wednesday, September 3, for their first youth night. This will be for our grade 6s only and allow them to see what youth is all about before we launch with all the other grades on September 10. Hope Youth Junior High students are invited to our upcoming Junior High Fall retreat. This retreat is for students in Grades 6-8 attending Hope Youth. We look forward to a time filled with worship, time in God's Word, and time with leaders and friends. No transportation will be provided for this retreat. Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their student(s). *PLEASE NOTE* Retreats are an intentional time of worship, teaching, and community for our small groups. We ask that students be committed to the entire weekend and that you make sure they do not request to come late or leave early. This is a distraction for everyone. Apart from the miraculous moving of the Holy Spirit in the hearts and lives of students, all of our best efforts will be in vain. We want to come alongside parents and families to pray for students, to pray with parents for their students and to foster a community of families in our church who regularly seek the Lord together in prayer for our students. Psalm 116 says, "I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my pleas for mercy. Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live." Grades 9 - 12 attend Sr High Ministry. Each evening includes worship, teaching, and small group time. The messages are preached straight out of the Bible and are taught in a way you can understand and apply to your own life. Small groups are divided by gender and grade, here you discuss questions based on the evening's teaching, followed by accountability time and prayer.
