As a youth ministry and a church, we believe firmly in the power of prayer. This program will introduce students to key concepts that are most relevant to their next stage of life. The heart will be prepared by understanding what the Bible has to say about God’s will, parties, and dating. The head will be prepared by learning how to articulate the Biblical worldview on some of the day’s more controversial topics as it relates to being a modern-day Christian. Emphasis will be placed on challenging students to think critically about being a follower of Jesus and practicing articulation of the Biblical worldview.

Hope Youth Senior High students are invited to our upcoming Senior High Fall retreat. This retreat is for Grades 9-12 students attending Hope Youth. We look forward to a time filled with worship, time in God's Word, and time with leaders and friends. No transportation will be provided for this retreat. Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their student(s). *PLEASE NOTE* Retreats are an intentional time of worship, teaching, and community for our small groups. We ask that students be committed to the entire weekend and that you make sure they do not request to come late or leave early. This is a distraction for everyone. We are excited to host our Grill N' Chill, on Wednesday, June 11, from 6:30-9pm. This is going to be a great night of worship, teaching, and fellowship. We will start our evening with worship and teaching in the worship centre, followed by dinner, dessert, and games on the lawn. All those in 6th grade to 12th grade are invited to attend. Students and parents of students who are entering grade 6 in September 2024 are invited to come for a Hope Youth information night. We welcome you to come and see what Hope Youth is all about, ask any questions you may have, and spend the time getting to know other parents and students. Registration will open March 17th at 7 PM. Junior High Camp is open to those that are born 2011-2013. Drop off your camper between 8:30AM-9:00AM, Pick up at 4:00PM. Doors will be closed to students after 4:30pm, please be on time to pick up your student. We will begin each day with a main session that includes worship, teaching, and small groups here at Hope Bible Church Oakville. Each student will have a team for the week, where each day they will connect with and spend time together playing games, taking on challenges and joining in off site activities including The Flying Squirrel and Canadas Wonderland. Last year was a blast, and our camps fill up quickly, register as soon as possible. 2025 Jr High Day Camp is $265. *subject to change* Discounts: $40 if your student has a Wonderland Season Pass. (only available until June 1) (COUPON CODE: Wonderland_25) $60 if you and your student decide to opt out of the Wonderland Trip. If your student opts out of Wonderland there is not another option offered that day.
